Well, if I’m not leading the group in the number of flats, I’ve got to be on the podium.
Another great day of riding, but experienced flat number seven about mid-day. We saw some beautiful rock formations as we passed from Arizona into New Mexico. One SAG was at a Native American Trading Post which was fun to visit.
As we approached our hotel, the road was blocked by a freight train – that was stationary. After a half hour wait, we decided to find a way around the obstacle and finally made it to the hotel.
On to Grants, NM, tomorrow!
